An old adage goes, “If you don’t know where you are going, any road will get you there.”

While no two people share exactly the same goals in life, all of the people involved in a family farm likely will share some common goals. From these common goals, the mission and objective for the family farm will be derived.

A family business can not be successful if it does not help fulfill at least some of the individual dreams of everyone involved.
